Returns & Refunds Policy

This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made on the FIBRE online boutique. Please read it carefully before proceeding with any return request.
1. Standard Return Policy (30 Days)
You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your item.
To be eligible, the item must be in the exact condition in which it was delivered: unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered, free from marks, odours or damage. All original tags must be attached and the item must be returned in its complete original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To initiate a return, contact us at sales@fibre.international. All returns must be shipped to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we will provide a prepaid return label (where applicable) and detailed instructions. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

2. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. This allows us to assess the issue promptly and resolve it accordingly.
3. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain categories cannot be returned:

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

Made-to-order or customised products (e.g., bespoke tailoring, personalised embroidery)

Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
If you are unsure whether an item falls under these exclusions, contact us before submitting a return request.
4. EU 14-Day Withdrawal Right
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without providing justification.
The item must meet the same integrity conditions listed above: unworn, unused, unaltered, with all tags attached and original packaging included. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
5. Tailored & Custom-Made Products – Exclusion of Withdrawal Right
Under Article 59 of the Consumer Code and applicable international regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Tailor-made or made-to-measure garments

Clearly personalised items (e.g., initials, embroidery, specific tailoring alterations requested at purchase)
These items are considered Final Sale, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.
6. Return Procedure (RMA Required)
To initiate a return:

Request – Within 14 days of delivery, email sales@fibre.international with your Order Number and the items you wish to return.

Authorisation (RMA) – Our Client Service Team will provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and either a prepaid label or shipping instructions.

Shipping – Pack the item securely in its original packaging. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the parcel.
7. Return Shipping Costs & Duties
Italy
A handling fee of €10 will be deducted from the refund.
European Union
A return shipping fee of €20 applies.
Non-EU Countries (USA, Canada, UK, Rest of World)
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Client. Fees range from €50–80.
Any import duties, customs charges, or clearance fees for goods re-entering Italy are borne entirely by the Client and will be deducted from the final refund amount.
FIBRE does not cover customs duties on international returns.
8. Refunds
Once your return is received at our Atelier and passes quality inspection, you will receive a confirmation email.
Refunds are issued within 14 days from acceptance of the return and processed via the original payment method.
The refunded amount will correspond to the purchase price, excluding original shipping charges, return shipping fees, and any applicable customs duties (for non-EU orders).
Please note that your bank or credit-card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at sales@fibre.international.
9. Size Exchange
One size exchange for the same item is available subject to stock availability.
For Italy and EU countries, the replacement item is shipped at no additional cost.
For non-EU countries, size exchanges are handled as a standard return (refund) followed by a new purchase.
10. Defective or Non-Conforming Products
FIBRE upholds uncompromising standards of craftsmanship. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact sales@fibre.international immediately with photographic evidence.
If the defect is confirmed, FIBRE will cover all shipping costs and will arrange either repair, replacement, or a full refund.
