SHIPPING POLICY

Every FIBRE shipment is handled with the same care and precision dedicated to the creation of each garment. We rely on leading international logistics partners, managed through Shopify Shipping, to ensure your order reaches its destination safely and within the expected timeframe.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are prepared at our boutique in Italy. As our workflow follows an artisanal, quality-driven approach, processing times may vary:

Ready-to-Ship Products: Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days from payment confirmation.
Made-to-Order or Customized Products: For garments requiring tailoring interventions (e.g., embroidered initials) or for Pre-Orders, specific production timelines are provided on each product page (usually 5–10 business days).

You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link as soon as the parcel is handed over to the carrier.

2. SHIPPING COSTS & METHODS (DYNAMIC RATES)

To ensure efficiency and full transparency, FIBRE does not apply fixed flat rates. Shipping costs are calculated in real time at checkout, directly interfacing with the systems of our global logistics partners (via Shopify Shipping).

Dynamic pricing takes into account:

  • The precise volumetric weight of the order

  • The exact delivery address

  • Updated carrier rates (e.g., UPS, DHL, FedEx, Poste Italiane)

This ensures that the rate displayed corresponds to the actual cost for your destination, with no arbitrary surcharges.

Delivery Options:
During checkout, before payment, you will be presented with all available delivery options for your location (e.g., Standard, Express, Economy), along with exact costs and estimated delivery times. You may select the service that best suits your needs.

3. TRACKING

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the Tracking Number issued by the selected carrier. You may track your delivery at any time:

  • By clicking the link included in the confirmation email

  • Through your personal account on our website

  • Via the Shop app, if installed on your device

4. CUSTOMS DUTIES & TAXES (IMPORTANT FOR NON-EU SHIPMENTS)

For shipments outside the European Union (including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Switzerland):

  • Shipments are made on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.

  • The total amount paid at checkout includes only product cost and shipping fees. It does not include customs duties, local taxes (e.g., Sales Tax, GST, VAT), or clearance fees.

  • These charges are required by the customs authorities of the destination country and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Carriers may request payment before or at the time of delivery.

Important:
If the customer refuses delivery due to unpaid duties, all outbound shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any duties advanced by the carrier will be fully deducted from the refund.

5. INSURANCE & DELIVERY CHECKS

All shipments are fully insured against theft and accidental damage until the moment of delivery. We kindly invite you to check the integrity of the packaging before signing the receipt. If the parcel appears tampered with or damaged, please:

  • Accept it “subject to inspection” (or refuse it)

  • Document the damage with photographs

  • Contact our Customer Service immediately at sales@fibre.international

6. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Due to current international regulations and logistical limitations, we may be unable to ship to certain regions (e.g., the Russian Federation). The system will automatically block checkout for destinations not serviced by our logistics partners.
